At the Faculty of Humanities of Charles University, ethnomusicology programs are combined into a certified program “Ethnomusicology”. (However, all subjects can be studied separately.) Some of them are opened every year (especially Non-European Music Cultures I and II, Music-Anthropological Seminar I and II and Western Art Music), others irregularly (eg Roma music, History of ethnomusicological thinking etc.).
